BAY COUNTY -- The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services reopened shellfish harvesting areas 0822 in West Bay, 1012 in the western part of North Bay and 1022 in the eastern part of North Bay for the harvest of oysters, clams and mussels as of sunrise today.
In this context, “shellfish” does not include scallops, shrimp or crabs.
