BAYOU GEORGE -- The county is encouraging locals to catch the Christmas spirit by checking out the some lights in one of its parks.
The display is put up annually by Bay County in H.G. Harder’s Park. The drive-through display’s lights are on and the park gates open all the time, said Valerie Sale, county spokeswoman.
“Visitors are encouraged to take a drive through the park and enjoy the scenery. The lights will be up through the New Year’s Day,” she said.
The display is located at 8110 John Pitts Road.
