Neubauer recognized for service on Port Authority

PANAMA CITY -- The Panama City Port Authority has said goodbye to longtime board member Tom Neubauer, who is stepping down after 12 years of service.

Board Chairman Rayford Lloyd presented Neubauer with an honorary plaque for his commitment to Port Panama City at a meeting last week.
