SAND HILLS — A Chipley woman was injured Saturday morning in a motorcycle accident, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Jessica Collene Briand, 38, was travelling south in the inside lane on State 77 on a 2006 Yamaha motorcycle when an unidentified vehicle merged into the lane while she was occupying it, forcing Briand to steer out of the way onto the grass median. While on the grass median, Briand’s motorcycle fell, causing her to separate from it and sustain serious injuries.
