Callaway boil water notice lifted

CALLAWAY -- The boil water notice posted on July 31 for Callaway residents on Old Hickory Street, Lakeside Drive and Herchel Court has been rescinded.

The water passed bacteriological tests and is safe to drink, city officials said.
