PANAMA CITY BEACH -- Pier Park North, Panama City Beach’s newest shopping center, will host a grand opening celebration from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday, featuring family-friendly activities, games and prizes, along with store activities and promotions.
Pier Park North is located across from Pier Park on Panama City Beach Parkway, and is a partnership between the St. Joe Co., Casto and Strategic Real Estate Advisors. The development has about 45 total storefronts, including in and out parcels, more than half of which house stores that are currently open or have fully executed leases.
Open stores at the 370,000-square-foot shopping center include: Ross, Rooms to Go, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Michaels, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Kirkland’s, Pier 1 Imports, Shoe Carnival, Sweet Frog Frozen Yogurt, Fuzzy Peach Frozen Yogurt, PetSmart, Great Clips, Men’s Warehouse and Mattress Firm. Other leases include Cost Plus World Market, Gypsea Clothing, Sally Beauty, Lee Nails, Hibachi Cafe, Chan’s Wine World, Cato, Jake’s Wayback Burgers, Texas Roadhouse, IHOP, Aspen Dental and Maxfit Sports Nutrition.
