PANAMA CITY -- Two schools have new start and end times for their school days.
School starts Tuesday for Bay District Schools.
New Horizon’s school day starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m. and St. Andrew School’s school day starts at 7:50 a.m. and ends at 2:05 p.m.
