According to the Supervisor of Elections website, the early voting total is made up of 5,718 ballots that came in by mail, 6,605 ballots cast at local precincts and 6 provisional ballots.
By party, Republican voters cast 8,116 ballots for their preferred candidates, while Democrat votes accounted for 3,460 ballots. Other party affiliations contributed 753 ballots in the early vote.
Primary election day is Tuesday, Aug. 26. Voters can find precinct locations and voting hours on the Supervisor of Elections website at www.bayvotes.org
