PANAMA CITY -- Roussos Air Conditioning has earned the Angie’s List Super Service Award for 2013, a title that reflects an exemplary year of customer service based on online consumer ratings.
“We are grateful to be bestowed with this significant service recognition from Angie’s List,” said company business leader Robert Wilkos. “It takes a consistent team effort to meet and/or exceed customer service expectations and we’re blessed to have great customers.”
Angie’s List is an online service that ranks businesses based on crowd-sourced reviews. Companies are graded on an A through F scale and members can find the Super Service Award logo next to company names.
“Only about 5 percent of the companies Roussos Air Conditioning competes with in Bay and Walton Counties are able to earn our Super Service Award,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks. “It’s a mark of consistently great customer service.”
