TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE — A major accident response exercise is underway at Tyndall Air Force Base.
The exercise is an internal event and is being conducted in the 6000 area of the base with no expected community impacts. Official are asking all base personnel not involved in exercise activities to remain outside of the exercise area.
During this exercise, passersby may see increased action on or around Tyndall, and may hear announcements or alarms over the base’s loud speaker system. The exercises will be prefaced with “exercise, exercise, exercise."
