PANAMA CITY -- Westbound 23rd Street and a lane of eastbound U.S. 98 (S.R. 30/15th Street) will be restricted to one lane Saturday 6 a.m. until noon, as crews from Gulf Power perform tree trimming maintenance.
All activities are weather dependent and may be delayed or rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. Motorists are reminded to travel with care through the work zone and to watch for equipment and workers entering and exiting the roadways.
