LYNN HAVEN — Crystal Grizzle, an employment specialist with the St. Andrew Bay Center, recently gained a distinguished certification designed to aid in employment planning for individuals with disabilities.
Grizzle successfully completed the Discovery Training Certification, a program led by the University of South Florida and the Florida Center for Inclusive Communities. She is one of just two Bay County residents with the certification.
Discovery Training is the first step toward a customized employment planning process for disabled individuals who are severely challenged in finding successful employment.
