PANAMA CITY — Local realtors announced this week the Coronado Village Shopping Center, located on 23rd Street in Panama City, has changed hands.
Chris McCall and Raleigh Sale, realtors with Counts Real Estate Group's commercial division, represented the buyer and seller of the nearly 39,000 square foot shopping center, which is 100 percent occupied with long-term tenants. Current tenants include Maharaja of India, The Wellness & Fitness Center, Scotttrade, Sandra Jean Uniforms, Twisted Brew, the Wine Dog and Granny Cantrell's.
The seller of the property is in the process of shedding several portfolio assets, while the buyers, private investors from the Panama City area, were seeking a long-term investment to add to their portfolio.
The purchase was made with $4.35 million in cash.
