PANAMA CITY — Roussos Air Conditioning in Panama City was recently honored with the Angie's List Super Service Award for 2014, an annual award based on consumer review ratings on the popular site.
On Angie's List, companies are rated on an A through F scale in several categories from price to professionalism. To receive the Super Service Award, businesses must maintain an overall "A" rating, be in good standing with Angie's List, pass a background check and abide by a set of operational guidelines.
“Only about 5 percent of the air conditioning and heating companies in Panama City / Bay County area have performed so consistently well enough to earn our Super Service Award,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks. “It’s a really high standard.”
Angie's List members can find the Super Service Certification logo next to the company name.
