PANAMA CITY — Officials with the Panama City Public Works Department are warning motorists to expect delays during a project on Stanford Road beginning Wednesday.
City work crews will begin milling and paving on Stanford Road between 23rd Street and State 390 on Wednesday, and the project is expected to last for seven to 10 days. The work will require multiple work crews and heavy machinery. Flagmen will be at the site to control traffic flow in the area.
