PANAMA CITY BEACH -- Dave & Buster’s will employ a staff of more than 280 hourly workers before its Memorial Day grand opening in Pier Park, the company said Friday.
The restaurant will begin interviewing job candidates April 21 for the new store. The company seeks servers, service support, hosts, bartenders, cooks, game technicians and promotions team members.
Beginning May 26, the restaurant, game and special event areas will be open seven days a week: Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to midnight, and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
The first Dave & Buster’s location to open in the Florida Panhandle, the Panama City Beach full-service restaurant, bar and video arcade spans 40,000 square feet and is located at 15701 L.C. Hilton Jr. Drive, across from the Grand Theatre.
“We look forward to giving fun-loving Panama City residents a great place to work,” said Tim Johnson, general manager of the Panama City Beach location.
