PANAMA CITY BEACH -- Samuel Taylor Homes will build the first single-family homes in Whisper Dunes, a move designed to transform and complement Panama City Beach’s newest planned community, the company announced in a news release.
Presales of 21 homesites have begun, with prices for the coastal cottage-style homes starting at $239,990. Samuel Taylor expects to build a total of 129 homes in Whisper Dunes, ranging in size from 1,632 to 2,268 square feet, expanding buyer choices to the current mix of attached villas and townhomes.
Whisper Dunes is off Back Beach Road (U.S. 98) 3 miles west of State 79.
