PANAMA CITY -- The monthly First Friday meeting of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce will be Friday at Florida State University Panama City Holley Center, 4750 Collegiate Drive.
Networking and coffee will be at 7:15 a.m., with the program at 8 a.m.
The program will be on homeland security, with two speakers from U.S. Customs and Border Protection — Resident Agent in Charge Scott Springer and Port Director Judy McKee.
