PANAMA CITY BEACH -- Due to a water main break that caused a temporary loss of water pressure, Panama City Beach Utilities issued a precautionary boil water notice for all of Magnolia Beach Road in Panama City including all of Publix shopping plaza, Wells Fargo Bank, Magnolia Point Circle, West Avenue, Catherine Street, Lorraine Street, Susan Avenue, Bear Point Drive, Annette Avenue, Mainsail Drive, Grand Harbor Drive, all of Magnolia Bay Club, all of Waterhaven condominiums, Magnolia Drive, Pelican Bay Drive, Pelican Bay Court, all of Southside RV Park.
Officials recommend that water used for drinking or cooking be brought to a rolling boil for one minute. Bottled water may be used instead. The notice will remain in effect until testing shows the water is safe to drink.
