Lynn Haven Main Street wins state award

LYNN HAVEN – Lynn Haven Main Street was named Main Street organization of the month by Secretary of State Ken Detzner.

“Lynn Haven is a great community, with so much to offer its residents and surrounding area,” Detzner said. “With events like the Summer Concert Series, the annual Halloween Carnival, and their flourishing Farmers Market, the Lynn Haven Main Street program has created a friendly and successful community for everyone to enjoy.”

Part of the qualification for the award were 64 rehabilitation projects and 38 new downtown businesses since 2010.
