UPDATE: Suspected gunman in PCB robbery in custody; two receive drug charges

PANAMA CITY BEACH — A man suspected as the gunman in a robbery in Panama City Beach is in custody after being stopped on Monday on a be on the lookout order issued by the PCB Police Department.

Clarence Bernard Robinson, 23 of Panama City was arrested by the Panama City Police Department following a traffic stop on 15th Street and Balboa Avenue in a vehicle matching the BOLO description. Investigators found Robinson in possession of a loaded firearm in his underwear along with mairjuana, crack coacaine and suspected bath salts, the PCPD stated in a release. Robinson, a convicted felon, was charged with carrying a concealed firearm, felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of ammunition, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, as well as trafficking MDPV (bath salts).

Robinson was transported to the Bay County Jail on Monday where he was found concealing more marijuana on his person during an intake search, the PCPD said. PCBPD was informed of the stop and Robinson was identified by the victim in connection with a robbery at 401A Lantana Street in PCB on Sunday. PCBPD Chief Drew Whitman confirmed Robinson was the gunman in the robbery.

The driver of the vehicle, 24-year-old Walter Robinson, also was detained and searched, but wasn't charged.

Sunday’s incident yielded drug charges for two individuals at the residence.

Jake McReynolds, 26 of Panama City, and Katie Foley, 24 of Lynn Haven were arrested following the robbery that occured around 2:30 p.m. on Sunday. Prior to the incident, McReynolds had been in possession of a large quantity of MDMA (commonly known as “Molly”) as well as other illegal narcotics, PCBPD said in a news release. After the incident, Foley assisted in the concealing drug paraphernalia and narcotics prior to arrival of law enforcement, the PCBPD said.

Justin Lisk, 25, was shot in the abdomen with a small-caliber hand gun during the incident. He was transported to Bay Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

More charges are possibe in the ongoing investigation.
