LYNN HAVEN – Lynn Haven Commission will consider a ordinance allowing residents to have up to five chickens on their property at its meeting 4 p.m. Tuesday.
The ordinance was tailored to mirror similar ordinances for dogs also with an allowance of five per property. If approved, the commission will then consider a $5 registration fee for each chicken.
The commission will also consider a contract with Communications International for $1,800 annually for radar and laser calibration for the police department.
