PANAMA CITY BEACH — Celtic Bank, a nationwide institution specializing in small business loans, recently announced Deborah Fowler as the new relationship coordinator for its Florida office.
As relationship coordinator, Fowler will be responsible for developing Celtic's network of resource partners and technical assistance providers.
Fowler comes to the area from Anchorage, Alaska, where she worked as director of the Alaska Small Business Development Center, managing a multi-million-dollar budget and a 30-member team. She has more than two decades of experience working with small businesses, with expertise in lending, certification, strategic planning, sales and management.
