TALLAHASSEE — Democratic candidate Gwen Graham now has more than $1 million cash on hand as she prepares to challenge U.S. Rep. Steve Southerland for his District 2 seat in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Graham, of Tallahassee, raised more than $474,000 in the fourth quarter and has raised more than $1.3 million since filing for the race in April 2013, according to a Monday news release. Southerland, R-Panama City, has not yet released his fourth-quarter fundraising numbers.
Graham is the daughter of Bob Graham, who served as U.S. Senator and Florida’s 38th governor.
